Multimatic is a global Tier 1 supplier of components, systems and services to the automotive industry. The company prides itself on its ability to marry exceptional engineering with superior manufacturing. Our relationship with Multimatic goes back to 1985 when a powerful new identity was created that now appears everywhere - from engineering drawing to race cars. Over the years, we have bolstered the company's marketing efforts with everything from sales collateral to a pioneering interactive training application, to tradeshow materials, intranet applications and sophisticated websites. More than two decades later, we continue to support Multimatic's marketing communication program.

The Multimatic Man

Developed in 1985, the Multimatic Man appears around the world on everything from race cars to automotive components. The Multimatic Man reflects the company's work ethic and "get the job done" attitude.

Corporate Collateral

Over the years, Brickworks has evolved Multimatic's corporate collateral to reflect changes in the business, while preserving the company's consistent look and feel.

Multimedia on Floppy Disks!

Do you remember a time before CDs? Delivered on floppy disk, Brickworks designed and programmed an interactive educational and marketing application for Multimatic called the "Design Assistant".

Web 1.0

Brickworks took Multimatic to the Internet in the net's infancy when it designed, delivered and hosted Multimatic's first site in 1995.

Getting the Best Shots

Brickworks continues to coordinate and art direct most of Multimatic's formal photo shoots.

Brickworks manages Multimatic's photo library of over 12,000 digital images. We provide Multimatic with access to this library through a web-based interface and also use it to rapidly develop new high impact marketing material.

Extending the Identity

Brickworks has adapted Multimatic's Man in the Wheel to many of the company's divisions, creating imagery that reinforces corporate identity while differentiating its sub-brands.

Using a range of marketing tools - from classy calendars to interactive CDs and posters, to Christmas cards and hero cards - Brickworks has helped raise Multimatic's profile worldwide

With tradeshow displays up to seven metres wide, Brickworks filled the space by designing graphics that compelled visitors to stop by.

Multimatic INK

Not all Brickworks' communications focus on external audiences. Employee newsletters are written, designed and produced to ensure all Multimatic employees are aware of company happenings and successes.

Web 2.0 and Expanded Intranet Capabilities

Brickworks continues to evolve Multimatic's web presence that now includes a family of websites all bearing a consistent look and feel. Some sites incorporate a customized content management tool allowing registered users to share information or make changes quickly and easily. The company's intranet allows for highly effective information sharing between employees, increasing communications and engagement at all levels of the organization.
