

Office Administrator
Brickworks Communications Inc. is a Burlington-based full service, Integrated Marketing Communications Agency that offers expertise in corporate positioning, marketing and advertising, interactive and social media.
Brickworks is currently seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team to help manage everyday administrative tasks, and ensure the office runs smoothly. As the first point of contact for all visitors and clients to the office, you will have a friendly demeanor, good organizational skills and basic understanding of the in's and out's of Brickworks. This full-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Skills required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A love of working with people and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Organizational skills; ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills; Word and Excel
